Put in North of Lond0nderry Ohio on State RT. 327 at 9:16am and kayaked just past Richmond Dale OH arriving at 5:00pm. The trip goes right through farm land with the hills off in the distance. This sections is great to fish if the water is right, not good today! The water on this section is great for a beginner ending with nice white water at the Old Mill Dam in Richmond Dale. As we came upon the Little Salt Creek we met five other kayakers that said they put in on Little Salt Creek. As you approach Richmond Dale be careful, and observe the white water. You have two choices either go left or right before the old dam. If you like a little white water stay left. WE WENT LEFT! GOOD LUCK! If you like a few ripples go right, but keep in mind that as soon as you come around in the middle you have to go over the Old dam section. WE MADE IT!
